Let me share something that very important ways to think in order to maintain our healty mind. I'm gonna try hard to apply these in my daily life...
1. Think Positive (like what WJ ask me to do, think Positive pleaseeeeee... so I WILL DO!)
2. Be Sociable. (I would say sociable in a good way, all I know is we have to be happy at all times..., jangan dok sedih sokmo deh)
3. Eat Healthily
4. Keep Your Mind Active and Learn New Things.
